Here's how it works:
When you go online or call to make your appointment, simply choose the services you desire for your appointment. After choosing your services, in the "Note" section, state what level of 3 or 6 month membership you have or say you'd like to purchase a membership today. During those 3 or 6 months you can come in as often as you desire! We'll take great care of you. And don't worry, we'll keep track of everything & remind you when it's time to renew!

-- 3/6 Month Membership allows booking total up to 2 hours of services per week. If your total services in 1 week surpass 2 hours it may be canceled and/or rescheduled to the following week.--

This is a 3 or 6 month membership. Membership renewal is due on the same day of the 3/6 month period. Automatic Renewal is available. For first time late renewal, there is 1 grace period of 2 days to renew. Missed renewals = new membership and new reward count. One membership use per individual is allowed. Gift certificates non-applicable to membership costs. Awarded free service of choice can be used at any time. Late fee, Cancelation fee, & No Show fee still applies.
